Paving Stones and Pavers
Paving stones and pavers are a versatile and durable option for creating walkways, driveways, and patios. The wide variety of colors, shapes, and sizes allow our designers to create unique patterns that match your home’s style and architecture. We use only the highest quality paving stones and pavers in our projects to enhance your home’s value and curb appeal.
Permeable pavers can be installed to reduce runoff and allow for better drainage, and are required in some areas of Long Beach Island. Sustainable design and land use is part of our design philosophy and is an important component in maximizing the life of your home’s hardscaping.
Limestone
Limestone is a beautiful timeless hardscaping material, often with a white, tan, or cream color, that provides an excellent material for patios and walkways. This type of stone is perfect for creating a natural-looking rock garden or establishing an opulent look for any of your exterior projects.
The wide range of natural colors and textures make Limestone tiles one of our most popular choices for hardscape design materials. Cut from natural stone, each limestone tile is unique, providing an added touch of character to your outdoor environment.
Bluestone
The label “bluestone” includes several popular types of rock that share common characteristics and are frequently used in outdoor design and building construction. Bluestone is incredibly durable and can last for decades when properly installed, making it an ideal choice for high-traffic hardscape features.
Bluestone can be cut in a variety of ways to create the desired appearance for a hardscape design. Smooth and symmetrical bluestone creates a highly refined look, but it can also be cut to create a natural “broken stone” appearance, depending on the desired outcome for the project.
Fieldstone
Fieldstone is another popular material used in hardscapes on Long Beach Island. The term refers to stone in its natural shape, usually recovered near the surface of fields or pastures. Durable and versatile, fieldstone hardscapes often have a distinct European or colonial appearance.
Fieldstone hardscaping often consists of intentionally irregular shapes and sizes to create a unique, organic visual presentation. Fieldstone is a great choice for walls, walkways, outdoor kitchens, and more.
